Action Planning
Each half-term, our Mini SLT create an action plan with two realistic and achievable targets to make a positive difference across our school. Guided by pupils’ ideas, the team agrees what to do, puts the plan into action and reviews the difference it has made.
Our Voice, Our Actions, Our Impact
Our Student Leadership Team meets once a month to discuss a focus subject within the school. These meetings give students the opportunity to collaboratively share ideas, discuss improvements and represent the views of their peers. Subject leaders attend the meetings to set tasks linked to upcoming events and students provide feedback, suggestions and creative ideas to help support and enhance school activities.
Inspiring & Supporting Others
Our Student Leadership Team helps to lead and mentor subject ambassadors across the school. Whether preparing an assembly, sharing ideas or organising an event, the team offers encouragement and practical support to help other pupils take on their roles with confidence. Together, they celebrate different subjects and give pupils opportunities to lead, contribute and shine.
