PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education)
What is PSHE?
PSHE is an umbrella subject incorporating the statutory RSHE curriulum as well as core elements within; science, PE, Geography, history and much more.
At Sacred Heart we deliver PSHE specific sessions following the curriculum overview provided. Whilst PSHE is taught in seperate sessions, the values, principles and learning are also blended throughout our whole school values and curriculum.
The visual below shows how we explain the PSHE elements to the pupils within school.
